MBMI's Year End Financial Statments Delayed

| | Richmond Hill, Ontario June 3, 2013 -- MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: MBR) announces that it was delayed in filing its audited annual financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2013 ("Financial Statements"), and the related management's discussion and analysis of those financial statements ("MD&A"), which were due on May 31, 2013. The Company is working diligently with its auditors for the completion of the audit.
MBMI anticipates that the Financial Statements and MD&A will be filed within the coming weeks, if not sooner.
