("MBMI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: MBR) announces that it has filed its audited annual financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2012 ("Financial Statements"), and the related management's discussion and analysis of those financial statements ("MD&A"). Copies of the Financial Statements and MD&A can be accessed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. The Company previously announced in its press release of May 30, 2012 that there would be a delay in the filing of its Financial Statements and MD&A, which were due on May 30, 2012, resulting from a delay in the completion of the audit of the Financial Statements.
