MBMI Received Notice of Trading Suspension

| | Richmond Hill, Ontario June 11, 2013 -- MBMI RESOURCES INC. ("MBMI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: MBR) announces that effective June 7, 2013, TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") suspended trading in the Company's securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission for the delayed filing of the audited annual financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2013 ("Financial Statements"), and the related management's discussion and analysis of those financial statements ("MD&A"), which were due on May 31, 2013.
The Company is working diligently with its auditors for the completion of the audit. MBMI anticipates that the Financial Statements and MD&A will be filed within the coming weeks, if not sooner.
